The boroughs of New York is the safest in terms of letting my cat outside?
I moved to Austin, TX New York, in a year and take my cats. I was in New York several times, but I've never seen a neighborhood that would be possible to allow outdoor cats. Here in Austin, my two cats hang out in the night, especially in the apartment courtyard. If you know of any neighborhood, maybe in Brooklyn, where it is plausible that it would be helpful. I learned m I have never seen in New York with my own eyes. Or maybe they are magic and can not even an apartment complex, especially in a neighborhood pet-friendly and relatively inexpensive. (I am looking for a range of two bedrooms $ 1000 – $ 1700 … ish). Apartment complex with courses and / or terraces / balconies would also be good to know. Thank you all!
