Two Big Austin Real Estate purchases in Bull Creek

Austin's Ardent Residential and Atlanta-based Post Properties have purchased almost five acres of land in an area very suitable for redevelopment. Both companies, working in partnership, bought apartments and townhomes Kingswood Bull Creek. Bull Creek Townhomes at 4320 Bull Creek Road is a 140-unit residential community. Kingswood Apartments is a community of 32 units, located at 4318 Bull Creek Road. The buildings were acquired in two separate bids, apparently as part of a plan to scrape and rebuild.

The Alexan City Lights apartment complex again, a class, a housing complex, was acquired Los Angeles, SCI Real Estate Investments LLC. The building was completed only last year by Trammell Crow Residential and Opus West Corp. According to county tax records Travis, the property at 501 East Stassney Lane is worth 33 million dollars. At the time of the transaction, Alexan City Lights was 96% leased. According to reports, the sale was negotiated by Apartment Realty Advisors.

Alexan City Lights has received much press last year when it was made by Congress Avenue, south of Austin. Terms of rental for the apartments have a minimum of 12 months. This building with three floors and air conditioning Central, is conveniently located near a number of good schools, including Pleasant Hill Elementary School, Bedichek Crockett Middle School and High School. Pets allowed deposit in the building without damage or costs. SCI Real Estate Investments LLC certainly brought a building with the potential location and a great good. The unemployment rate will only help investors.
