Is there a / culinary cooking schools in Austin, Tx that can take the summer?
I'm a freshman in college and I was considering enrolling in a culinary program next semester, or maybe the second semester of my sophomore year. Anyway, my question is is there a short term (summer '09) cooking classes are available for anyone? I have a small lot of experience in cooking and more cooking at home, but I've always been interested in culinary arts. I know there are more than cuisine available at Whole Foods / Central Market, but it costs as much as $ 75 per class and would be very expensive. I am also aware that cooking schools are in Austin (Texas Culinary Academy), but they offered (intro) classes? If not, what class or classes that can take to see if I am very interested in the culinary world?
I'm a sophomore in high school (in Houston, Texas!) E interested in culinary arts (specifically for baking and pastry arts.) I just went on youtube. low cost. and if the food is wrong, you fix it. so as does the kitchen!
