Street teams are working hard to market and promote entertainment and music by independent musicians. They are often not paid. Most teams are not compensated by an independent market and promote music. Many independent musicians can not afford to pay the street team members. Therefore, musicians have to motivate your team by using non-monetary rewards. Here is a list of rewards that musicians can bring your team to promote high performance and motivation

5) Special Recognition (eg certificate, plaque, "Street Team Member of the Month Program)

Remember, everything you decide to reward members of your team, make sure it is something that attracts and is something they want. Remuneration and incentives should be significant and relevant to your team.

If you use performance bonuses (ie: Get 10 people to come to the live broadcast and receive no shirt), make the goals performance are realistic and achievable. Furthermore, with premiums based, want to make sure to train your team through training in the skills they need for superior performance and have the opportunity to earn rewards.
