Can you recommend a good colleges and universities in Manhattan / New York City for nursing?
I am currently a junior at the school making Secondary a list of universities that would go. I live in New York, but I am also open to the public schools for nursing. I'd rather not go to a community college. I have a very high average, I am a volunteer at a local hospital and has taken about 6 or 7 for my AP classes last year. After my third year I have had 5. My Rating SAT was a 1780/2400 but I take it back because it was my first time. I am taking the law in April and plan on getting a 30 +. So far, the schools, I found Are UPenn, Johns Hopkins, UCLA, UF, UNC Chapel Hill, Penn State, University of Illinois-Chicago, University of Rochester and the University of Texas at Austin. I have a few other schools to consider, both upstate and around New York because they want to come to a SUNY school or any other school in Long Island at least their city.
Your list looks pretty good – competitive schools and nursing programs. This can help you decide.
