Where I can find a wedding cake of ice cream?

We have our wedding in Texas, near Austin, in July. N us as much pie much, but we both love ice cream cake. I was wondering if anyone knows where to find a place that is ice cream cakes and can make the cake still looks like a wedding cake real. I know that places like Cold Stone Creamery, Marble plate, Maggie Moo's and Ben & Jerry's to make ice cream cakes, but can make you look good? Thanks for any help!
