AISD Akins High School Breakfast Menu nutrition?
I'm just a father who cares about what my children eat their school. District Austin School Web site posts information on their menus for lunch, but not their breakfast menus. nobody knows what the nutritional value of breakfast menu Akins at school is, or at least mono bread nutrition because my son eats a lot. any help would be appreciated
okay. promise. lol. is also delicious. I am a child Akins. ^ _ ^ It is not terribly high in calories. Akins has a problem with pregnant children more obese children. in any case. I am a nutrition nut. effectively. I have an eating disorder, but we will not exist. what you eat in the morning is not really important. bread in all its forms is, in fact, either because carbohydrates to fuel your body and brain. surprisingly is a wonderful way to wake up and start the day. does not matter.
