How I can do after 7 + years Lowes?

I worked for Lowes (and Home Depot) for about 7 1 / 2 years. I work The store in Austin, Texas, and 11.13 per hour. I have experience working as a CSA in an apartment too. (I returned to storage with better hours.) I am an employee model – never late and stay late to do the job. I give 100% every day. If you tell me to do something, the job is done. However, I am aware that I am making the same wages as those who just started at Lowes. I have not had a review * At around 4 + years. (* This is where the leader of talks with you about job performance, and give its increase) I'm very weak when it comes to my rights, and take advantage of that. What are really good wages? Thanks in advance.

This is really not unusual for this – Starting salary ends more and those who have been working late that those who walk on the first day. You can talk to your boss. Attitude is important, should not be sh * tty. Tell him that you mean a higher starting salary is necessary to attract talent, but he has done work and does it well for years and you want your salary revalued. It may work for you, and can be serious. Ultimately, it's your choice to pay what want to whomever they want … Right? No, but that's life. As a side note, I was under the impression Lowe's has given annual reviews – Have you missed why? If so, is another thing (but does not mention if the others have not.) Good luck!
