Anyone know of a charity that provides free dental surgery?

I am in Texas and need 2 teeth once cut is possible because infected and therefore very, very painful. I tried all the local programs, 211 state of my phone line, the research program in Austin, donated services dental, United Way, Salvation Army Hi, credit cards, dental care and dental schools. As impossible as it may seem, can not be insensitive. Must be a complete relief, not just a desktop thing. There will be large and expensive and most insurance companies run screaming out of me, then, please do not have insurance of people trying to sell their plans here. Is anyone know of any type of oral surgery group, as an association or something like that provides free help that? It is possible that I could Trigemial Neuralgia and since then my painful spasms in the face, but it will not be diagnosed as such until the teeth are eliminated. I also regularly lose vision temporarily, presumably because of an infection that will not be easy, even with repeated treatment. Anyone who?

I do not know to what extent you, as you mentioned but I guess that Austin might be able to go to temple? I do not know if you help, but my sister was able to get dental surgery, as you describe Scott & White and it did not cost anything, she said it was a dental school there or something? I'm not in Texas, and I'm not sure of the names of places, but I'm sure it is close enough to the right.
