Will the media’s attempts to link the Austin suicide pilot to Tea Party movement only strengthen their resolve?
Several mainstream media organizations have made attempts to link the Tea Party movement to the acts of a lone maniac suicide pilot. Time magazine and Washington Post both put out pieces trying to link the actions of this man with the Tea Party no matter how stretched the comparison.
One stated that the rant he left online could come from a Tea Party poster.
The truth is their is NO proof that he ever had anything to do with the Tea Party and his rant ended by attacking one of the foundations of Tea Party beliefs and that is the Capitalist system.
In 1995 the McVeigh Oklahoma City Bombing the Left tried to tie the acts to Talk Radio and Rush Limbaugh. Again they stretched the lines of credibility in their desperate attempts to link violence to conservatism.
My Question is this – Will like every other attack on the Tea Party will this attempt to smear the Tea Party lead to it’s members only getting more determined to vote out the Democrat party from office?
As a Texan who goes to some of the Tea Party events, I will do as much as I can to vote out the democrats or republicans who act irresponsibly. The attempts to link this guy to the Tea Party shows why most people no longer trust the mainstream media.
Don’t forget to vote. In Texas early voting has started and be sure to ask for your slip to you party’s precinct convention if you don’t take your voting card.
