What a pleasure, a formal restaurant in downtown Austin for a group of high school students?
My Senior group (12 persons) is looking for a restaurant where we can go downtown. We will be in evening dress, it must be kinda nice. But we want a nice restaurant like this. I've seen some things in 360, but have no idea where to even begin. And also if it were not so expensive, but we can divide the food. We'll draw the fire after dinner we just wanted GRAP and get on a shuttle downtown. There are no specific foods that we even think it would be good to go to a place where you have an idea about what elements the menu are actually (so basically, a steak house would be good). We also have the problem of reservations. We just decided to do last week and we were planning to go to Oasis, but the weather is bad. I, personally, I like Carmelo Italian restaurant in downtown Austin, near the convention center. Its high quality, mid-priced place where we could go and have fun. The wait staff is excellent and really make you feel special. Someone once took me there for my birthday. I pay for the atmosphere alone.
