how is it?
which one is good?
which one bad?

Ive stayed in dozens of hotels in austin. If you wanna party at bars and stuff downtown, I recommend getting a place in walking distance or short distance to take a cab. The hotels you’ve listed arent really walking distance.
March 26-28th should be a perfect time to find deals in for hotels because its the weekend after sxsw. prices will go way down after the 21st. Look into the Hotel San Jose, embassy suites town lake, both pretty nice.
Away from downtown, hotels in the highland mall area are pretty affordable and nice.
It just depends really on how much you are willing to pay, distance to where you wanna party at, and if your picky about hotel quality. If you dont mind bugs, Id go with the Super 8 austin/central on 11th or 12th st.
