Penn State, UT Austin, or U of Washington?

I want to major in international relations, either double major or minor in journalism. Also I want journalism to have something to do with photojournalism or double minor in journalism and photography. That school is the best why? I have to take 2 Penn State University Park, UT Austin and the University of Washington – Seattle. So I do not want the school is mostly Greek.

All three are excellent universities – the leading the extent that the academic reputation of the University of Texas – Austin, followed by Penn State Park-U. All activities are Greek, but that's what happens I worry by them at all. The Greeks are a concern in the schools a bit isolated – No State three main campus.
