What is the Asian American community and in Austin TX?

I am from San Francisco and Los Angeles, thought to go to Austin to study graduate. Austin looks like a big city, but I'm a little nervous about something. Really I'm American and Korean kicking part of the Asian American community here on the coast west. how all of you that the community is like in Austin?

If you are looking for a large Asian population, then Austin is not the choice for you. Go to Houston. The Asian population is huge. I do not like Houston, lived there for three years. But if you are looking for Asian culture, go ahead. Here in Austin, is predominantly white and Hispanic. There are areas in Houston, where all signals and street signs are written in Asian languages. Not yet seen here, because it is here.
